There are some lovely walkways created from old railway lines. Full marks to the council for renovating them. So why are the metal bridges painted a lurid blue?? Did someone think it was a cheery colour? Was it some paint they had left over? Did they even give it a moment's thought? How out of keeping could you actually get unless you painted them pink with spots? Any research done on the livery of the original steam line? I doubt it. If this blue were the original colour I will eat my keyboard.
Doesn't look any better on the street. Don't look at the flats. They are horrible.
At least you can't see them from the walkway.
